German to English translation?

Hello there, I found this poem by Christian Redl in German. I once had the translation, but I have lost it when my computer crashed. Here is the link. I would prefer a natural translation -- not a machine translation.

Es schwamm der Mond in mein Gemach hinein

The moon swims into my room

Basikly; a lonely thing swam and landed on some moon as nobody loved him, then goes on about nakedness then his eyes got punched and turned some schwarz then it was winter.
