English to German translation?

Hi! I need a translation of these sentences from English to German:



"Would you be willing to ship this cd to the United States if I paid the extra shipping costs? And if so, how much would the shipping costs be?"



I need a translation of this as soon as possible!! It's for ebay. I'm currently learning German, but I am not yet good enough to fully translate this.



And please NO google translators. ONLY if you speak German... I don't want grammatical errors, and quite frankly, Google translators don't work very well.
