What does this mean in English? (German translation)?

Also in Deutschland sagt man das um ein schoenes gesicht herraus zuheben?

Thanks in advance. What does this mean in English? (German translation)?
...In Germany you say 'a beautiful face to have'. (you possibly may have meant zu haben and not zuheben)

I'm going to be honest and say that i don't know for sure, but i didn't use a translator for my answer.

For all the people using a translator- i wouldn't guarantee it's accurate.

for example: Um wie viel Uhr kaemmst du dir die Haare? mean's "What time do you brush your hair?".... Google Translate it and you'll get "At what time do you brush your hair clock" or something along those lines.
The face out of everything nice in zuheben is what my translator said, zuheben, i dont know, i can count to ten on german and 7 is zeeban ( thats how its pronounced ) so i hope this helpedWhat does this mean in English? (German translation)?
Well, in Germany you say that in order to bring out a pretty face.

btw, for the google translator fans, "herauszuheben", from verb herausheben : http://dictionary.reverso.net/german-eng鈥?/a>
I'm not sure what the verb "zuheben" means. Perhaps you misspelled it, or maybe it's a dialect word. The gist of it means "So in Germany we try to put the best face on everything"What does this mean in English? (German translation)?

'So in Germany we say the face out everything nice a zuheben?'
