Can I get a quick english to german translation please?

I am thinking about getting a tattoo of some lyrics and of course since it's permanent it has to be correct.

Help me out please :) (No online translator engines)

Mmmh... kinda hard to find catchy translations for those.
I would suggest:

For the first one:
"Ich lebe f眉r jene, die mir das Schicksal entrissen hat"
(I admit, it's kind of a free translation (though the meaning stays more or less the same). It basically says "I live for those who were snatched away from me by fate" (but in German it sounds much more poetic than this rough translation)
If you prefer a very word-by-word-translation, I would go with:
"Ich lebe f眉r jene, die ich auf meinem Lebensweg verloren habe" --%26gt; makes perfect sense, but sounds kinda "bumby" in my view... especially because it's sort of long and tatoos should actually be as short and catchy as possible.

Second one:
"Ich werde weitermachen bis zum Ende." --%26gt; very word-by-word
or
"Ich werde k盲mpfen bis zum Ende" --%26gt; I personally prefer this one. It literally means "I will fight until the end". If you want to be very dramatic you could also say "Ich werde k盲mpfen bis zum bitteren Ende", meaning "I will fight until the bitter end."

I think that's the best you can make out of these sentences. Unfortuantely, some phrases are just very hard to translate and simply sound better in one language than an other. Your two phrases are an example for that. I can translate them for you, and the translations do make perfect sense, but honestly, I think they sound cooler/more authentic in English.

Mmh... I can't agree with your second translation. That's a rather poor one. Because "go" and "go on" does not mean the same thing. There is a very different connotation (in German too!). If you say "I will go until the end", then that sounds like walking or travelling somewhere and "the end" being your destiny. However, the phrase says "go ON", as in "continue" (being meant as an opposite to giving up). So the translation should say something like "I will continue until the end" or "I won't give up until the end". Your translation, however, fails to do so.Can I get a quick english to german translation please?

Slightly altered the first to make it sound better, but if you compare the english version, it doesn't make much difference, right?
