Hochdetusch it would translate to "Ach ja, wieso weiss ich nichts davon"
Which translates to "Oh yea, [and] why don't I know about [it]?"
It is a little difficult to translate,but that's teh jist.
Oh yes, and why don't I know anything about it? That would be the proper translation.
