Are there any websites that translates German to English without having to put on accents or umlouts (or however you spell it) above the letters? (Umlouts are those two dots above letters that you only have in German?)German to English translation website where you don't have to put accents on letters?

No, because some words in german need the umlaut and would be a totally different word without it.German to English translation website where you don't have to put accents on letters?
They aren't simply accents, they are their own letters. Changing the pronunciation will change the word.
i believe the umlauts arte possible to rewrite like "oe" "ae" "ue"
unfortunately these signs are sometimes crucial for the proper meaning of the word.German to English translation website where you don't have to put accents on letters?
Most sites that convert German to English in any way will understand the word written with an "e" after the letter instead of an umlaut.
e.g.: huebsch instead of h眉bsch
LEO does this, as does Altavista's Babelfish
