English to German verbal translation program?

I wanted to know if their are any (preferably) free or trial programs out there that can not only translate english to german, but Id also want to literally hear how the translation should be pronounced in German.



I find plenty of basic text translations, Im just not sure how to pronounce it properly, I don't even know if such programs exist kind of like english program translators. Thanks in advance to any replies!English to German verbal translation program?
Well, first of all, translation programs don't work because many words have many meanings and they just pick one, no matter if it fits the context or not. Besides that they translate word for word, so sentences mostly don't make any sense. About the pronunciation, there is an online dictionary that I use, it gives you the pronunciation of words by clicking on the little speaker sign behind the word.
